The Leftovers is an intimate and highly physical exploration of love, loss, and the intricate tapestry of experiences and decisions that shape our lives.

This genre-defying work marries breathtaking
choreography, evocative music, and stunning life-sized sculptures to create an unparalleled theatrical experience. Step into an unforgettable evening where you will delve into the ever-evolving nature of identity, leaving you to ponder your own sense of self long after
the performance ends. Featuring an all-South Australian cast and crew, this visually striking work stars four virtuosic local dancers, showcasing the state’s vibrant artistic talent

What began as an exploration of the ‘Ship of Theseus’ paradox, ended up diving into Nietzsche’s concept of eternal recurrence, the idea that the universe and all events within it are destined to repeat infinitely in exactly the same way, over and over again. In our ever changing bodies, and in a continual cycle of our lives where we grow and change as people, what remains constant?

If the universe and all events within it are destined to repeat infinitely in exactly the same way, over and over again, and your life is repeated endlessly, would you be able to embrace it fully?
